I'm going to do something I thought I would never do and try turkey bacon. I have to admit that I am okay without bacon, but I would still like to eat bacon LOL. Does that make sense? I think this week is the only week with a lot of red meat, but I think we'll survive. I'm excited for Wednesday's breakfast and hope it turns out like I think it will.
