Counting down the best main dish recipes of 2020 to ring in the new year!
I always struggle with narrowing down main dish recipes because it's a majority of what I post. I believe these are all favorites (but stay tuned for my most favorites in a few days) or marked as favorites in the labels which can be viewed by clicking favorites at the bottom of my blog or any blog post with that label.
- Cheeseburger Salad with Animal Sauce Dressing - I love this salad so much - I think a big part of that is that the sauce is turned into dressing and you do mini burgers in it.
- Pesto Prosciutto Pizza - This has pesto, prosciutto, and kale. AND FETA. Ugh. I definitely became obsessed with feta in the last few years. Unfortunately, no one else in this household is a feta fan.
- Fried Pork Chops with Pickle Juice Gravy - We ate lots of pickle-y foods and this was one of the best. My husband saw me making this post, so we're gonna have to have it again soon because he was like "oohh yeah that one is so good" :)
- Crispy Chicken Florentine Melt - Another tomato, basil, mozzarella food on the list - I love that this is a little crunchy and then topped with deliciousness.
- Cheeseburger and Fries Sheet Pan Crunchwraps - I was unsure if this was going to turn out but man alive, this was so fun and interesting. Although it took some time haha
- Perfect Steak with Herbed Butter - Steak just had to make the list and we love a herbed butter for our steak. It's just not the same without butter!
- Chicken Stroganoff - Again with me trying new recipes that are not red meat, we tried chicken stroganoff and it was good. Like really really good!
- Caramelized Cashew Ginger Chicken Stir Fry - This was a crazy good stir fry. The caramelized cashews are just awesome. Seriously seriously awesome. I could eat those just by themselves.
- Jalapeno Popper Stuffed Chicken - I don't really like doing stuffed chicken but I'll make an exception for jalapeno popper! Yum!
- Buffalo Chicken Burrito Bowls - This is something I've had on my main dish Pinterest board for so long, but kept putting it off and did not feel like making it for so long. I finally put it on my meal plan and I once again am kicking myself for not making it sooner!
