What you need:
- 1/2 box elbow macaroni
- 1 jar Prego (or homemade sauce...I use Prego because nothing has come close homemade-wise, yet)
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 lb. ground beef/turkey, cooked and crumbled (optional)
- Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain.
- Stir in butter until melted.
- Add Prego and sour cream. You may need to turn the heat back on to warm everything back up. If you want to have meat, then add it at the same time as the sauce and cream :)

Hi! I found you on the FTLOB Weekend Wander. I'm absolutely loving your site. Your recipes are just the kind of recipes I love to try. I'll definitely be adding you to my reading list. Happy to have found you! Oh, and this Elbow Spaghetti recipe sounds delicious...my husband would love this!

Thank you so much :]
I really love sharing them, so I'll be glad to know that someone else is finding use of them. My poor husband is about to send me to recipe rehab! I have 2 huge binders full of recipes and actually need to go out and get a third :/
Have a great week!
