What you need:
- 1 large onion
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 lbs. cube steak
- Seasoning salt
- 1/2 cups Worcestershire sauce
- Tabasco, to taste
- 4 rolls

Slice onions and saute in 2 tbsp. butter. Remove and set aside. |

After slicing the cube steak into strips and seasoning with Lawry's, melt 2 tbsp. butter and add steak. Cook until one side is brown, flip, and cook until the other side is brown. |
