Quickie Quiche

What you need:
  • 1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust (or make your own!)
  • 5 slices of bacon
  • 1/2 small onion, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Pinch black pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Place pie crust into pie dish and bake for around 5 minutes. Mine was screwed up! Take out and reduce heat to 375.

Sprinkle half of your cheese on the pie crust.

Cook bacon and chop.

Saute onions in small amount of drippings from bacon.

Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper.

Place bacon and onions on top of cheese.

Then pour egg mixture over all of it.

Sprinkle with other half of cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
