What you need:
- 1 (9-inch) refrigerated pie crust (or make your own!)
- 5 slices of bacon
- 1/2 small onion, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- Pinch black pepper
| Preheat oven to 425. Place pie crust into pie dish and bake for around 5 minutes. Mine was screwed up! Take out and reduce heat to 375. |
| Sprinkle half of your cheese on the pie crust. |
| Cook bacon and chop. |
| Saute onions in small amount of drippings from bacon. |
| Mix together eggs, milk, salt and pepper. |
| Place bacon and onions on top of cheese. |
| Then pour egg mixture over all of it. |
| Sprinkle with other half of cheese. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes. |
