What you need:
- Chicken breasts
- 2 cans Pinto beans, drained
- 1 can green chillies
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 pkt. chicken gravy
- 1 cup rice
- 1 pkt. chili seasoning
- Add ingredients to slow cooker in this order: chicken, pinto beans, green chillies, diced tomatoes, and chicken gravy.
- Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
- Cook rice with chili seasoning. Add to slow cooker during last 20 minutes of cooking.
- Serve with cheese and sour cream, if desired.
