Hope y'all are liking pumpkin week so far :) This one was a no-brainer for me. I really enjoy fudge and wanted to try a different take. It was a teensy bit on the crumbly side (just barely), so I'm going to try to compare it to other fudge I've made and adjust the ingredients slightly. However, they were rich and so good. The chocolate chips were a real treat when you take a bite. They just added another layer to what was already melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

What you need:
- 3 cups sugar
- 3/4 cup melted butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
- 2 Tbsp corn syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 12 oz. pkg. white chocolate chips
- 7 oz. jar of marshmallow creme
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
In a saucepan, stir together sugar, butter, milk, pumpkin, syrup, and pumpkin pie spice.
Cook over medium high heat until a candy thermometer hits 234*
Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips, creme, pecans, and vanilla.
Pour into a pan that has been lined with aluminum foil and coated with nonstick spray.
Cool completely and then cut into squares.
