What you need:
- 1 lb. steak tenders
- 1 zucchini
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 1 vidalia onion
- 1 package Taco seasoning (or homemade)
- 1 cup Minute rice
- Slice up veggies into big enough pieces that you can skewer them.
- Make sure steak is in bite size pieces. Skewer your steak and veggies up.
- Season with Taco seasoning, using half the packet.
- Grill.
- Meanwhile, make rice according to package directions. Then stir in remaining taco seasoning.
- Serve kabobs with rice on the side.
