Are you all sick of cheesesteaks yet?! This is a quick, different version of cheesesteaks. I really loved the Italian dressing. Definitely a keeper for a quick dinner or lunch!

What you need:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 loaf Italian bread
- Provolone cheese
Cook beef, peppers, and onion over medium high heat until beef is browned and peppers and onion are tender. Add dressing and heat through.
Slice bread open and top with meat and slices of cheese.
Broil for 2 to 3 minutes.
