I've really only ever had sage in Crispy Golden Pork, so it's not something I really recall the taste off the top of my head. So I didn't really realize how great this recipe would be even though it's incredibly simple. It really blew me away. The sage is one of my new favorite herbs for sure! :)

What you need:
- Chicken tenderloins
- Bacon
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Fresh sage leaves
- With each piece of chicken, add a sage leaf and wrap with a piece of bacon.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and place chicken in the skillet sage side down.
- Cook for about 6 minutes, flip and cook another 6 minutes.
