Don't look at me like I'm crazy when you see it...yes, I am making a pumpkin dessert in April. I love love love pumpkin. I hate that "pumpkin season" is only in the fall. I will eat it all year. Also making a few things out of the Our Best Bites cookbook, Bobby Flay's Throwdown cookbook, and Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives cookbook once again. UPDATE: I got back from Ohio a little later yesterday than expected so I am making last night's planned dinner tonight and I switched in a Secret Recipe Club recipe for Thursday.

Tuesday
Snickerdoodle Crumble Donuts // Steak with Chimchurri (OBB cookbook)
flour (1 3/4 cup), granulated sugar (1/2 cup), egg (1), milk (1/2 cup), unsalted butter (1/2 cup), brown sugar (3T), white chocolate chips (1 1/2 cup), heavy cream (3/4 cup) // steak, parsley (1 1/2 cup), cilantro (1 1/2 cup), oregano (1/2 cup), lime, red wine vinegar?, refried beans, Spanish rice

Wednesday
Chicken & Potato Chowder
unsalted butter (1/4 cup), onion, carrots, celery, flour (1/4 cup), milk (2 cups), russet potatoes (2), chicken breasts, sharp cheddar cheese (2 cups), parsley

Thursday
SRC Recipe
Lemon, chicken tenderloins, carrots*, red bell pepper (2), sugar snap peas, rice?, green onions

Friday
Spinach-Chicken Stromboli (OBB cookbook)
Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, spinach, chicken breasts, roma tomato (2), pasta sauce

Saturday
Triple XXX Famous Root Beer Frost (DDD cookbook) // Brown Sugar Pumpkin Cheesecake

Sunday
