I didn't realize I made this week so fatty, but I am not too mad about it. I do suppose I will be all unhealthy food-ed out next week and not want anything greasey at all. This week I'm using my Our Best Bites cookbook and my Bobby Flay's Throwdown cookbook. I'm also doing a little bit of recipe developing too.

Monday
Grilled Stuffed Zucchini (OBB cookbook)
4 medium zucchini, Italian turkey sausage, red onion, tomato, fresh basil, Italian cheese



Tuesday
So Bad, So Good Tacos
ground beef, taco seasoning, salsa con queso, tatortots, tortillas*, refried beans

Wednesday
PB Crumble Yogurt Parfait // Homemade Bean & Bacon Soup
oats*, Rice Krispies?, Snickers peanut butter squares (3), vanilla yogurt //cherry hardwood smoked bacon, onion, carrots, celery, Great Northern beans (3), tomato sauce (8 oz)

Thursday
Copycat Popeye's Spicy Chicken
eggs (3), hot sauce (1 cup), flour (4 cups), buttermilk (1 quart), chicken breasts, vegetable oil, potatoes o'brien, collard greens, bacon bits

Friday
Copycat Baconnators // Cinnamon Bun Caramel Popcorn (OBB cookbook)
ground beef (2), applewood smoked bacon, American cheese?, hamburger buns, fries // chopped pecans (1 cup), brown sugar (1 cup), salted butter (1/2 cup), almond bark*

Saturday
