Cake Batter Rice Crispy Treats

This has been at the top of my list to make for a while. I mean, you can't go wrong with cake batter. I brought these to a Halloween party at our friends' house and they were gone so fast!

(Printable Version)
What you need:

  • 3 tbsp. coconut oil
  • 10 oz. marshmallows (1 bag)
  • 1/3 heaping cup cake mix (I used funfetti cake mix)
  • 6 cups Rice Krispies
  • 2 oz. candy confetti
Directions:

Melt coconut oil over medium-high heat.

After it's melted, add the marshmallows and stir until completely melted.

Remove from heat and stir in the cake mix.

Then add cereal and half candy confetti. Stir until well coated.

Press into a greased 9x13-inch glass dish and sprinkle remaining confetti on top.

Let cool before you cut them up.
