Recipe From Sing For Your Supper
What you need:
- 1 prepared pizza crust (I used this recipe, precooked for about 10 to 15 min)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded monterey jack cheese
- 1 pkg. chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- BBQ sauce
- Pineapple, cut into small pieces
(For some reason, my camera ate some of my pictures..)
Toss shredded chicken with desired amount of BBQ sauce.
Brush precooked pizza crust with BBQ sauce.
Brush precooked pizza crust with BBQ sauce.
Top with cheeses, then chicken, then pineapple.
Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated 375* oven.
