Recipe from Beantown Baker
What you need:
- 5 lb chuck roast
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. jar pepperoncini with juice
- 12 oz. can beer
- Place all ingredients in the crockpot.
- Cook on low for 8 hours.
- Remove roast and shred with 2 forks.
- Put shredded roast back into crockpot, give it a good stir.
- Serve on dinner rolls!
