Recipe from Copykat.com
What you need:
- 2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 qt. tomato juice
- 1 (29 oz.) can tomato puree
- 1 (15 oz.) can red beans, drained
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup diced celery
- 1/4 cup diced green pepper
- 1/4 cup chili powder
- 1 tsp. cumin
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. oregano
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. cayenne
- Brown ground beef in a skillet, draining after done.
- Place all ingredients into a large pot. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1/2 hours, stirring every 15 minutes.
- Top with cheese and serve with crackers.

Ooooh, I haven't had Wendy's chili in a long time. And we have some cold weather coming up, so this sounds perfect!
