I've been seeing this repinned over and over again on Pinterest lately and knew I had added it on my to-make list a lonnng time ago. Temptation got the best of me because I usually try to make older recipes before my newer saved ones. This one was fantastic. I loved the chicken and the sauce was perfect for it :)

What you need:
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
- 10 oz. cream of chicken soup
- 2 tbsp. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. butter
Cut chicken into 3 pieces and crumble Ritz crackers into crumbs.
Place milk in one shallow dish, cheese in another shallow dish, and crumbs in a third.

Dip chicken through milk, then cheese, and crumbs.
Place in greased 9x13-inch dish, cover. Bake at 400* for 35 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake another 10 minutes.
Combine soup, sour cream, and butter in a medium size saucepan over medium-high heat until hot.
Pour over top of chicken.
