Tasty Thursday #73: Crispy Cheddar Chicken

Welcome back to Tasty Thursday!!
I've been seeing this repinned over and over again on Pinterest lately and knew I had added it on my to-make list a lonnng time ago. Temptation got the best of me because I usually try to make older recipes before my newer saved ones. This one was fantastic. I loved the chicken and the sauce was perfect for it :)

(Print)
What you need:
  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 cups cheddar cheese
  • 10 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 2 tbsp. sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter
Directions:
  1. Cut chicken into 3 pieces and crumble Ritz crackers into crumbs.
  2. Place milk in one shallow dish, cheese in another shallow dish, and crumbs in a third.
  3. Dip chicken through milk, then cheese, and crumbs.
  4. Place in greased 9x13-inch dish, cover. Bake at 400* for 35 minutes.
