Crockpot Spicy Chili Chicken

This was a very rib-sticking, hearty meal. I love anything really that is chicken and in the crockpot, so it was no surprise to me that I really liked this one and will be making it often!

What you need:
  • Chicken breasts
  • 2 cans Pinto beans, drained
  • 1 can green chillies
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 pkt. chicken gravy
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 pkt. chili seasoning
Directions:

  1. Add ingredients to slow cooker in this order: chicken, pinto beans, green chillies, diced tomatoes, and chicken gravy.
  2. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours.
  3. Cook rice with chili seasoning. Add to slow cooker during last 20 minutes of cooking.
  4. Serve with cheese and sour cream, if desired.
