Jalapeno Popper Steak Quesadillas

It's no surprise there is yet ANOTHER jalapeno popper recipe, here on Fantastical. We love jalapenos! Add steak into the mix and you are just asking for a delicious meal. I used my GF grill for this one, but I kind of wish I didn't just so they wouldn't be crimped into individual triangles. I had to open them up a little so you could see the filling. I loved the addition of dill in this one!

Jalapeno Popper Steak Quesdillas - knock those regular old quesadillas up a notch! #recipe

What you need:
  • 8 jalapenos, deseeded, cut in strips
  • Steak, cut in strips
  • Dehydrated tomato
  • Cream cheese
  • Chives
  • Dill Weed
  • Cheese of your choice
  • Soft tortillas
Directions:
Cook your jalapeno, steak, and tomato together.

To build your quesadilla, spread cream cheese all over one tortilla, sprinkle chives and dill weed on one half of the tortilla, then top with steak mixture and cheese. Fold in half. Repeat.

Coat a frying pan with a thin layer of EVOO or nonstick cooking spray and heat over medium to medium-high heat. Or cook in a nifty George Foreman Grill.

Brown quesadillas on each side and then cut for serving.
