Oven Roasted Green Beans

The first time I made these, my husband was sick with the flu, but he tried them anyways. He immediately fell in love. He begs me all the time to make them, so they are a regular on our plates. They are super simple and super SUPER addictive. I'm surprised that any actually make it onto our plates because I'll pick them from the baking sheet and shove them straight into my mouth :)

What you need:
  • 1 lb. green beans
  • 4 tsp. EVOO
  • 1 tsp. sea salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a bowl and toss. Marinate for 20 minutes.

Bake on a foil-lined baking sheet at 425* for 8 to 12 minutes.
