Countdown to 2018: Best Breakfast Recipes

Today's all about breakfast recipes, which are some of my favorite foods, but also ones I really never make because I suck at mornings. But one can dream - especially when I see all the great recipes my blogging friends are sharing today. I have to admit that I love the variety I have made in 2017 and look forward to a more successful breakfast year in 2018.

Fantastical Sharing's Best Breakfast Recipes of 2017 #breakfast #recipe #recipes #food #Countdownto2018
  1. PB&J Crumble Yogurt Parfait: The crumble alone is worth making this recipe. It's great to just grab by the handful, but it's even better with yogurt. Next time, I am making a double batch and hope it lasts more than a few days!
  2. Crockpot Peaches and Cream Oatmeal: I made this twice in one week because I love it so much and it's so easy. I would eat it for breakfast, afternoon snack, and after dinner dessert :)
  3. Breakfast Quesadillas: When I was a kid, we often had egg burritos for brinner. I like to think of these as an amped up version of those. They are fantastic with some salsa and sour cream!
  4. Tatortot Egg Bake: I have issues with hashbrowns not being kind to me, so I love that this breakfast has potatoes in tot form...and SPINACH!
  5. Fave Chocolate Donuts: You can never go wrong with chocolate for breakfast.
  6. Pumpkin Cheese Danish: When I was pregnant with Mason, I had an insatiable craving for pumpkin cheese danish and I still, to this day, wish I could find the one I bought. But these little danishes were a fine substitute.
  7. Blueberry Breakfast Quinoa: I have only eaten quinoa in savory dishes up until this point, despite having quinoa breakfast and desserts saved. I loved having it with blueberries and almonds and honey for breakfast. Fabulous!
  8. Raspberry Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars: These bars have a chocolate chip cheesecake and raspberry pie filling and are drizzled with white chocolate. They are dessert for breakfast and perfect with a cup of coffee.
  9. Cranberry Cream Cheese Muffins: The little burst of tartness of fresh cranberry offsets the sweetness in the muffins. I could not stop eating these little buggers.
  10. Puffins: One of the most innovative breakfast recipes I've found to date. Pancake batter into muffins with whatever combinations of flavors inside. We made bacon caramel, chocolate chip, and white chocolate cranberry.

In case you missed it, here's more of the best of 2017!
