When I got my assignment, I had no trouble at all with choosing a recipe because I had already planned to make a recipe from Erin's blog that week for dinner. Her Sweet N Spicy Hawaiian Pizza was absolutely incredible. I'm not a fan of apricots, but it was not an issue at all here. The flavors all went together so perfectly. So much better than a purchased Hawaiian pizza.

What you need:
- 1 pizza crust
- 1/3 cup apricot preserves
- 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 3/4 cup mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup fresh pineapple, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped jalapenos
- Roll out your pizza crust on a lightly coated surface with a mixture of flour and cornmeal.
- Spread warmed preserves on crust and sprinkle with hot sauce.
- Top with mozzarella, ham, pineapple, and jalapenos.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Slice and serve.
