This is my own twist on White Chicken Chili after much experimentation. I've combined three different recipes to get to this one. This is one of our very favorite recipes and one I make often. It's a great chili for a cold night with just the right amount of bite.

What you need:
  • 1 pkg. chicken, cooked and shredded
  • Chicken broth
  • 1 pkg. white chicken chili seasoning mix
  • 2 cans Great Northern Beans
  • Sour cream and cheese, for toppings
Directions:
  1. Mix all ingredients together. For chicken broth - add to your desired soupiness. I think I usually add around a cup.
  2. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and cook for about 10 minutes, or until warm.
  3. Top with cheese and sour cream.
Original Fantastical Recipe

Chili and soup are the most wonderful dinners for a chilly night and I love this Loaded Potato Soup that is fixed in the crockpot. If you're looking for something slightly different, this Turkey and White Bean Chili from Caleigh's Kitchen is more complex with poblanos, chilies, and mushrooms in it.

Sizes???

The cans of beans are just the regular size - I believe it's 14 oz. or something around there. For the chicken broth, you just use as much as you would like. Some people like really thick chili, others thinned out some. Hope that helps!
