What you need:
- Chicken, I use skinless, boneless breasts
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 20 to 40 garlic cloves, peeled - I did 2 full heads
Place onion slices in the bottom on the crockpot.
In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, paprika, pepper and garlic cloves.
Toss chicken with spices and pour all of it onto the onions in the crockpot.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours on LOW, or 4 to 6 hours on HIGH.
