Cheeseburger and Fries Casserole

This is a good variation of Tatortot Hotdish. Actually, it's a really neat little twist on it :)

(Print)
What you need:
  • 2 lbs. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 pkg. frozen crinkle-cut fries
  • Cheeseburger Fixings - pickles, ketchup, mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, etc.
Directions:
Brown onions and ground beef; drain any grease. Place in a baking dish.

Stir together soups in a small bowl. Spread over baking dish.

Add potatoes on top.

Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes to an hour at 350.
Serve with fixings.
