Amazing Homemade Pizza Rolls

These are unbelievable! Unbelievable! They are a lot bigger than normal pizza rolls and just too good. You all HAVE to try them. Seriously!!
Amazing Homemade Pizza Rolls | A bigger version of the very tasty freezer aisle treat! #recipe #copycat

(Print)
What you need:
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 pkg. pepperoni slices, diced
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, finely diced
  • 1/2 small onions, finely chopped
  • 1 jar or can pizza sauce
  • 1 pkg. egg roll wraps (found by tofu)
  • Oil
  • A cup of water
**In the original recipe, it included 1 lb. cooked sausage, black olives, mushrooms and pineapple. I left them out because my kids may not have eaten them if I included those, but I will try that one day.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients minus wraps and oil together in a bowl.
I only did half my mozzarella cheese because my bowl wasn't big enough.
I didn't want to dirty another bowl. :/

On a wrap, add a spoonful of the filling mixture.

Fold the bottom corner up and tuck in the corner. The tighter you can get it, the better.

Fold in both sides.

Dip your finger in the water and wet the top corner.
Fold it down, wrapping tightly to seal, and press down softly.

Heat oil - I use the water test where you drop sprinkles of water and the oil will sizzle when it's ready
I dropped in 2 pizza rolls at the most and fried for 1 to 2 minutes, flipping once, until golden.

Drain on a paper towel. And ENJOY!

These look great, but i'll bake them instead! I make my kimchi crab rangoons in muffin tins (kind of open faced) and the wrap bakes up nicely!
