Peanut Butter Bread

Peanut Butter Bread - perfect with some jelly or Nutella #bread #peanutbutter

What I really love about peanut butter is that it's good any time of the day...I love putting peanut butter on hot toast or a bagel so it gets all melty and gooey. I love peanut butter and jelly sammies for lunch. Peanut butter and green olive sandwiches are perfect for a late night snack! Peanut butter and bread is just the perfect combination...so why not actually combine them? This bread was so great. I didn't eat anything on it - it was too good by itself, but Nick loved smothering his in Nutella!

What you need:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 Tbsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 cup butter, salted (at room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
Cream together butter, sugar, brown sugar until smooth in a stand mixer bowl.

Add peanut butter to sugar mixture.

Then slowly add flour mixture to stand mixer.
