What you need:
- 3 green bell peppers
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- Taco seasoning mix
- 12 oz. beer
- Mashed potatoes
- Sharp Cheddar cheese
- Green onions
- Cook ground beef; add taco seasoning and beer. Simmer until beer is absorbed.
- Cut peppers in half lengthwise and take out the seeds and ribs. Place in a foil-lined pan.
- Add meat to peppers. Top with potatoes, cheese, and green onions.
- Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
