Copycat Papa Murphy's Veggie Pizza

Copycat Papa Murphy's Veggie Pizza | The best veggie pizza there is - zucchini, spinach, and tomatoes - and lots of cheese! | www.fantasticalsharing.com

I have some really weird thing with ranch dressing - most of the time I don't like it and refuse to eat it. However, there are exceptions. 1) I love cucumber ranch dressing - but it's really hard to find it. I used to eat it with carrots all the time as a kid. 2) If there is a veggie tray out, I may dip the broccoli in the ranch. 3) Veggie pizzas with ranch "sauce" - om nom nom. And that is exactly what this veggie pizza has. It also has my favorite veggie: zucchini! I loved this pizza. Love love loved. I've never had Papa Murphy's version (we get it when we're home with family and a white sauce would send most of them running) - but I will have to somehow manage to do it as soon as I can.

What you need:
  • 1 recipe pizza dough
  • 1 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • Dash of green onions
  • Dash of Italian seasoning
  • Spinach
  • Zucchini, diced
  • Grape tomatoes, halved
  • Onion, diced
  • Mozzarella
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Roll out pizza dough and place on a pizza pan.
  2. Mix together ranch, garlic, Parmesan, garlic salt, green onions, and Italian seasoning. Spread on crust.
  3. Top with spinach, zucchini, tomatoes, onion, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
  4. Bake at 400* for 10 to 15 minutes, or until crust is browned.
  5. Slice and serve!
